What to Know Before You Arrive

Pre-Appointment Tips for the Best Experience

  • Prep Your Skin Gently

To avoid irritation, please stop using retinols at least one week before your facial—and skip any heavy exfoliation during that time too. Your skin will thank you!

  • Come as you are!

If possible, arrive with your usual skincare on and skip the makeup. This helps us get a true look at your skin and customize your treatment just for you!

    All kinds welcome!

  • Early Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This helps us maintain a calm, relaxing environment for everyone—part of the Golden Hour Skincare experience we’re proud to offer each guest.

  • Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you’re 15 minutes late or more, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule—and the full service fee will still apply.

  • Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations within 4–12 hours will be charged 50%. No-shows & cancellations within 4 hours will be charged in full.

Thanks for respecting our estheticians’ time—we appreciate you!

  • Injections & Fillers

Please wait at least 7 days after Botox/Dysport and 2 weeks after dermal fillers before booking a facial with us. This ensures your safety & the best results.

  • Laser Treatments & Peels

Please let your esthetician know if you’ve had any medical laser or peel treatments recently. For your safety, we recommend waiting at least one month before booking a facial afterward.

  • Feeling Under the Weather?

If you’re feeling sick, please stay home—we’ll be happy to help you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your health (and ours!) matters, and we appreciate your care for our shared space.
