Pre-Appointment Tips for the Best Experience

  • Prep Your Skin Gently

    To preserve your skin’s integrity and prevent irritation, please discontinue retinol use at least one week prior to your facial and avoid aggressive exfoliation during this time. This allows your skin to arrive balanced, calm, and ready to receive the full benefits of your treatment.

  • Come as you are!

    If possible, please arrive with your usual skincare applied and without makeup. This allows us to fully assess your skin and customize your treatment with precision and intention.

    All skin types, tones, and individuals are warmly welcomed.

  • Early Arrival

    We kindly ask that you arrive no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment. This helps us maintain a serene, unrushed atmosphere—an essential part of the Golden Hour Skincare experience we’re proud to offer every guest.

  • Late Arrivals

    Out of respect for all clients and our carefully curated schedule, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened service to remain on schedule, with the full service fee still applying.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 24–48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
    • No-shows or changes made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Injections & Fillers

    For your safety and best possible results, please wait at least 7 days after Botox or Dysport and 2 weeks after dermal fillers before booking a facial with us.

  • Laser Treatments & Peels

    Please inform your esthetician if you’ve had any recent medical laser or chemical peel treatments. For your safety and optimal results, we recommend waiting at least one month before scheduling a facial afterward.

  • Feeling Under the Weather?

    If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home. We’ll gladly assist with rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your health—and ours—is our top priority, and we appreciate your thoughtfulness in keeping our shared space safe and comfortable.
