Important Information Before You Come In for Your Golden Hour Skincare Experience

  • Cancellations & No Shows

    You must contact us within 24 hours of your appointment time to reschedule to cancel. To respect our aestheticians time, if you cancel within the 4-12 hour window of your appointment time, you will still be charged for 50% the service you booked. If you do not show up OR CANCEL WITHIN 4 HOURS of your appointment at all, you will be charged for 100% of the service you booked.

  • Appointment Arrival

    Please, do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment time. To ensure the calming energy & environment we would like to provide our guests, this is essential for the Golden Hour Skincare experience that every one deserves.

  • Injections & Fillers

    Please, wait to schedule your appointment with us if you're less than week out from receiving injections like dysport/botox, etc. and two weeks after fillers.

  • Retinols

    Please, discontinue the use of retinols one week prior to facial treatment.

  • Skincare Regime

    Please, come in wearing your skincare products (no makeup if possible!) so we can see what you're skin looks like on a normal day for you!

  • Exfoliants

    Do not over-exfoliate before treatment.

  • Laser Treatments & Peels

    Please, inform your aesthetician of any recent medical laser/peel treatments – do not book a facial within one month of these types of treatments.

  • Germs

    Please, do not come in for your appointment if you are sick. We are happy to work with you on rescheduling with atleast 24 hours notice.

Our Health & Safety Guidelines

Golden Hour has always been an intimate space, which has allowed us to easily implement a lasting social-distancing policy. While we continue to navigate through these ever-evolving circumstances, we want you to feel safe and healthy throughout your visit with us. Here are a few of the safety measures we have in place, so you can be prepared for your upcoming appointment

Vaccination Guidelines

Please wear a mask or face covering if you are not fully vaccinated. If not fully vaccinated, we encourage only booking appointments that do not require nose and mouth covering to be removed such as brow shaping/tint, lash services or body waxing.

Masks

Your service provider will be wearing a mask for the entirety of the treatment. Please wear a mask or face covering if you are not fully vaccinated.

Germs

If you are not feeling well, have a fever or have recently been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask you to please wait to come in until you have been well for at least 2 weeks. Steam has be omitted for facial treatments, during this time.

Sanitation

Before, during, and after every treatment we will follow sanitation guidelines in addition to wiping down all surfaces that have been in client/therapist contact with EPA-Registered disinfectants. Additionally, we have hand sanitizer available in our waiting area and treatment rooms.
